Who Are We?

BDI Systems is a collaboration between two well-established local IT companies. Our head office is in Surbiton in Surrey.

What Do We Do?

We supply a complete portfolio of IT services aimed at the small to medium sized business. We aim to provide you with as much or as little of an 'IT package' as you want.

For Startups

If you're a new business, we can sort everything out from your broadband and email to file servers and printers to workstations and backup strategies, web sites and databases.

For Established Businesses

If your business is already established we can come in and have a chat, give you a free assessment of your current IT, identify any areas of concern (yours and ours) and provide recommendations as to how we can make things better.

For Everyone

We'll adjust and tailor our solutions to fit your needs and budget, and once we're in agreement we'll move swiftly according to the chosen time plan and implement the work in a tidy, efficient and professional manner.

We do this all day, every day, so we're very good at it. And whatever you need to make IT work efficiently for your company, we're certain we can help.

We're a friendly bunch of people, and you'll get to know us. When you phone, it's us you'll speak to. We nurture our business relationships, because that's how business works best, in both directions. We like looking after you!

The breadth of our experience

The two directors have run our own companies for a total of about 60 years. As individuals we have a very broad range of IT skills and experience, but we realised that if we got together as a team we could offer a lot more than the sum of our parts, bringing benefits to ourselves as well as our customers.

Attention to Detail

It's true that often the devil is in the detail. Because we've all done this a lot, we can anticipate problems before they occur, and eliminate them quickly if they do. We're thorough and methodical and we like to get things right first time. And on the rare occasions that we don't (because everyone's human) we sort them out without quibble or fuss.
